I'm thrilled to announce I will be leading a workshop at the fabulous Museum of Life and Science here in Durham NC as part of their ongoing Adult Workshops where adults can come and learn a craft as well as some inspiring nature and science facts!
The workshop I will be leading focuses on the using peyote stitch and size 8 miyuki beads to create a delicate cicada wing key-chain, necklace or bracelet!
Carolina FiberFest 2025 Winner!
A totally unexpected win! My piece titled "To Age, a Privilege" took home 1st place in the Miscellaneous category at this years Carolina FiberFest! This piece was inspired by copper patina and created with Miyuki beads, thread, sterling silver and peyote stitch. I could not be more honored to take home the ribbon!
